🌼 Day 1 – Starting My Weight‑Loss Journey
This morning I kept things simple and gentle. I’m easing into this new routine with foods that feel familiar and comforting.
Breakfast:
- 1 bowl of Cheerios — about 3 grams of cereal
- Almond milk
- Half a cup of orange juice
- Half a grapefruit
It’s a small start, but it’s a start — and that’s what matters today.
Needed a quick lunch to day to make an easy meal with little prep so I had a simple toasted cheese sandwich and for a quick dessert a peach cup. Later for a snack at 2 pm will be having a small cottage cheese plate and a fresh blueberries.
For supper, choose a nice healthy meal of pan-fried fish and green beans, followed by a slice of watermelon for dessert and a warming, calming chamomile tea to drink.

Today i am taking the day off from my diet to give myself a bit of luxury after not sleeping well more of the way of luxery foods rather than diet foods. comfort foods for the day.
