Today I did 5 minutes of gentle exercises, took a short break, then added 2 more minutes later. Breaking it up makes it feel easy and doable, especially on low‑energy days.
After my workout , I treated myself to a hearty A&W meal. It’s comforting, tasty and full meal after a good work out and an easy to do meal and easy to grab when I need something warm and filling.”
Then later i will do some more exercises this is easy for seniors like me to do when you can only do so much. As my doctor told me even a little at a time can ad up If your like me and need easy to do exercises this just may be the thing for you,
